How long does it take?
Made to order — 1–3 business days to cut, monogram and pack, then 2–5 business days to anywhere in the US.
Which iPhone model do I choose?
Check Settings → General → About on your phone. The model name is at the top. We fit every iPhone from 11 to 17, including Mini, Plus, e and Air.
If you're unsure, email us the model number and we'll confirm before we cut anything.
Can I see my initials before I order?
Not on the site yet. Email info@thornlow.com with your initials, colour and foil and we'll send a mock-up the same day.
We'd rather do that than have you guess.
How many characters can I have?
Up to twelve. Two or three initials is the classic and what most people choose — a first name works just as well.
Is this real leather?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. It's vegan leather — a synthetic that's softer than most animal leather, wipes clean, doesn't stain, and doesn't crack. No animal involved.
Most personalised cases are sold as "leather" with the word "faux" hidden further down the page. We'd rather say it here.
Can I return a personalised item?
Only if it arrives faulty or incorrectly made — in which case we replace it free, no questions and no return shipping.
Because your initials are set into the leather, we can't resell it to anyone else. Please check your spelling before you order.
What if I get the text wrong?
Email us within two hours of ordering and we'll almost certainly catch it before production. After that, we've likely already cut it.
Can each case in a pair have different initials?
Yes. Every case in a pair or a set of three gets its own text and its own foil. That's rather the point.
Can you send it straight to someone as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a note in the order comments — we'll leave the invoice out and include a plain card.
Every order ships in a gift box as standard, so there's nothing extra to buy.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — 7–12 business days to most countries. Local import duties may apply on arrival and aren't included in the price. We'd rather tell you now than surprise you at the door.
Who are you?
A small studio in Luxembourg. Everything is made and packed to order.
